The service
Hamptons Wedding Car Service
On a wedding day the car is on the timeline, not the guest list. We work from the planner's schedule: the time the couple leaves for the ceremony, the window for photographs at the beach or the lighthouse, the arrival at the reception and the departure at the end of the night. Each run is written down with an address, a time and the names of the passengers, and the chauffeur has that sheet in hand.

2. Approve the Written Plan
You receive a priced run sheet listing every pickup and the vehicles. Forward it to the planner or the family to approve. Changes before the day are reissued in writing. Each chauffeur's name and number follow about 6 to 8 hours before the first run.
3. Leave the Day to the Chauffeur
On the morning, the chauffeur arrives ahead of the first run, confirms with the planner's contact by text and follows the sheet through to the last departure. Delays in photographs or speeches are absorbed; the car waits.

The car is detailed on the morning of the wedding, the chauffeur is in a suit, and the cabin is set to temperature before the first passenger opens the door. The chauffeur handles the dress, the train and the garment bags with care, holds an umbrella if the weather turns and stands by between runs so that no one in the party waits. Multiple runs, a stop for photographs on Dune Road or at Montauk Point, and a late departure are all part of the plan.
Guest shuttles from hotels in Southampton or rentals in East Hampton to the venue can run on the same reservation, so the planner has one vendor and one written plan. Larger parties travel in a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, a luxury shuttle bus or a coach, alongside luxury SUVs. Share the date and the draft timeline; we return a written price to approve or forward to the planner or the family.

Wedding Car Service Questions
How do you coordinate with our wedding planner?
We work directly from the planner's timeline and share the written run sheet with the planner before the day. On the morning, the chauffeur confirms arrival with the planner's day-of contact by text and takes timing changes from that person, so the couple does not manage transportation. If there is no planner, we work from your schedule the same way.
Can the car stop for photographs between the ceremony and the reception?
Yes. A photographer stop is a standard part of a wedding run: Coopers Beach, the dunes at Montauk, a lane in Sagaponack. The chauffeur waits with the car during the shoot, keeps the cabin cool or warm and has water ready, then continues to the reception on the planner's time. The car can appear in photographs or stay out of frame, as the photographer prefers.
Will the dress fit, and will the chauffeur help with it?
The luxury SUV has a wide rear door and generous room in the second row, and the chauffeur is accustomed to helping a bride in and out without creasing the dress or catching the train. Garment bags, a change of shoes and an emergency kit can ride in the cargo area. Tell us if a veil or a long train needs extra care, and the chauffeur plans for it.
Can you run guest shuttles and move a larger wedding party?
Yes. Larger parties travel in a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, a luxury shuttle bus or a coach, alongside luxury SUVs for the couple and the family. Guest shuttles between hotels in Southampton, Sag Harbor or East Hampton and the venue run on the same reservation as the couple's car, with scheduled departures the planner can print for guests. Say how many guests and where they are staying; the written plan states the vehicles, the times and the price.
What about a late departure at the end of the night?
The couple's departure is written into the plan at the time the planner expects, and the chauffeur waits if the party runs late. The run can end at the house, a hotel or the airport for an early honeymoon flight; JFK from the East End is about an hour and three quarters to two and a half hours outside of traffic, and the pickup time is set accordingly.
