The service
Corporate Event Transportation in the Hamptons
An event in the Hamptons has one logistics problem that a hotel ballroom in Manhattan does not: the guests are spread between rentals, hotels, the Jitney stop, the train at Bridgehampton and the helicopter pad in East Hampton, and the venue is often a private property with a single gate. Corporate event transportation solves that with one schedule, one point of contact and chauffeurs who have the venue, the timing and the guest list on paper before the day.
How it works
How to Book Corporate Events
Three steps. One written price. The car is there before you are.
Luxury SUV 1. Share the Running Order
Send the dates, the headcount, the venues and the planner's schedule, with arrival flights if you have them. A rough draft is enough to start; details can be added as the guest list settles.

2. Approve the Transportation Plan
You receive a written plan with each pickup, loop and departure timed and priced, and the number and type of vehicles. Approve it or forward it. Revisions are reissued in writing until the plan is final.
3. Run the Day With One Contact
On the day, chauffeurs arrive ahead of each pickup, and the coordinator at East End Lux manages changes as they happen: a late flight, an extra guest, a dinner that moves. The organizer makes one call, not ten.

In detail
Corporate Event Transportation in the Hamptons, in Detail
Send us the headcount, the venues and the running order from the planner. We build the pickups around it: airport arrivals at JFK, Islip or East Hampton on the first day, a shuttle loop between the hotel and the dinner, cars on standby during the program, and departures timed to each flight. Events run on luxury SUVs, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans, luxury shuttle buses, mini coaches and motor coaches, planned to the headcount. During the event, one coordinator at East End Lux is reachable by phone and text for changes, and each chauffeur knows who is in the car and where they are expected next.
Every plan is written, priced and sent to you to approve or forward to the client or the finance team before anything is confirmed. Guests see a chauffeur in a suit and a meticulously maintained vehicle; the organizer sees one document with every pickup time on it.
Questions
Corporate Event Transportation Questions
How many guests can you move for an event?
Tell us the headcount and the schedule when you request the plan. Events run on luxury SUVs, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans, luxury shuttle buses, mini coaches and motor coaches, planned to the headcount, and we confirm in writing the vehicles and chauffeurs available for your dates. Luxury SUVs carry individual guests point to point; vans, shuttle buses and coaches move groups on a loop. The plan states which is used where. For large headcounts, say so early, since summer weekends on the East End are booked well ahead.
Can you manage airport arrivals for guests on different flights?
Yes. Send the flight list and the chauffeurs track each one. Guests landing at JFK, LaGuardia, Newark or Islip are met inside the terminal by a chauffeur with a sign showing the event or guest name, and driven to the hotel or venue. Guests arriving by private aircraft at East Hampton or Westhampton are met at the FBO door. Late arrivals are rescheduled without the organizer's involvement.
What does a shuttle loop between the hotel and the venue look like?
A fixed schedule of departures from the hotel lobby and the venue, printed for guests and the concierge, with a chauffeur at each end. Loops run every fifteen to thirty minutes depending on distance and headcount, and a standby car handles anyone who misses the loop or needs to leave early. The schedule is agreed in the written plan.
Who do we call during the event if something changes?
One coordinator at East End Lux, reachable by phone and text for the duration of the event; the number is on the written plan. That person has the full schedule and every chauffeur's position, so an added guest, a changed venue or a delayed keynote is handled in one message. Chauffeurs also have the organizer's contact for anything on the ground.
Do you serve events outside the Hamptons?
Yes. Corporate event transportation runs anywhere on Long Island and in New York City: a conference in Melville, a dinner in Garden City, an offsite on the North Fork or a gala in Manhattan. Airport runs and shuttles work the same way wherever the venue is. The plan reflects the distances, and the written price states them.
