Corporate car service is judged on two things: the car is there, and nobody has to think about it. Every reservation returns a written confirmation with the pickup time, the address and the vehicle, and the chauffeur's name and number follow about 6 to 8 hours before pickup, so an executive assistant can book a week of travel, review it and forward each trip to the calendar without a phone call. Changes are confirmed the same way.

2. Receive the Confirmations
Each trip comes back as its own written price and confirmation, with the pickup time and the vehicle. Approve them individually or as a set, and forward what the traveler needs to see. The chauffeur's name and number follow about 6 to 8 hours before each pickup.
3. Travel Without a Call
The chauffeur texts when the car is in position, usually ten minutes before the pickup time. If a meeting runs long, the car waits; if the plan changes, a reply to the confirmation thread updates it.

Hourly as-directed service keeps the car with the executive for a day of meetings across Nassau, Suffolk or Manhattan.
Discretion is the standard. Chauffeurs do not discuss passengers, destinations or conversations, and East End Lux does not publish client names. Chauffeurs are background-checked and drug-tested; the company is licensed and insured. Spanish is spoken. Request a written price for a single trip or a recurring schedule.

Can our assistant book and manage the trips without calling?
Yes, and most corporate reservations are made that way. The assistant emails the dates, times and addresses and receives a written price and confirmation for each trip, with the pickup time and the vehicle; the chauffeur's name and number follow about 6 to 8 hours before pickup. Changes are made by replying to that thread and are confirmed in writing. The traveler receives only what the assistant forwards: the pickup time and the chauffeur's number.
Can a company's trips be grouped under one account?
Ask when you request the first quote. Each trip always has its own written confirmation and price, so the records stay clear for expenses; how a company's trips are grouped for billing is agreed in writing before the first ride, and we hold to it. A receipt follows every trip either way.
Is the car suitable for working or taking calls?
Yes. The luxury SUV has a quiet cabin, chargers for phones and laptops, and a chauffeur who does not take personal calls at the wheel or start a conversation unless invited. The drive from Southampton to Midtown is about two to two and a half hours outside of traffic, time that can be used.
Can you run a standing pickup, the same time each week?
Yes. Tell us the day, the time and the addresses, and the standing reservation is confirmed in writing for the dates you specify. Each week's trip still appears as its own confirmation so the record is clear, and a single reply cancels or moves one occurrence without affecting the rest. The chauffeur is kept consistent where the schedule allows.
How discreet is the service?
Chauffeurs do not discuss whom they drive, where, or what they hear. East End Lux does not publish client names or photographs of passengers, and nothing from a trip is shared. Chauffeurs are background-checked and drug-tested, and the company is licensed and insured. If a trip requires a particular protocol, such as a specific entrance or a name to use at a desk, put it on the reservation and it is followed.
