TEB Car Service: How the Pickup Works
Teterboro has several FBO terminals spread around the field, and the name of yours is the single most important detail in the booking. Give us the FBO, the tail number or operator, and the estimated arrival, and the chauffeur is in that lobby before the aircraft lands. Where the FBO permits and your operator has arranged it, the SUV is escorted onto the ramp and the luggage is loaded at the aircraft. Otherwise the chauffeur meets you as you walk in from the ramp and the car is at the door.

For a noon wheels-up we would suggest leaving Southampton around 8:30 a.m. We confirm the time in writing and adjust if the slot changes.
Do international private flights clear customs at Teterboro?
Yes, on the field, arranged by your operator in advance. The inspection takes place at the aircraft or inside the FBO, and the chauffeur waits in the lobby until you are through. There is no additional charge for the time it takes; the written price you approved is the price.
Where will the chauffeur be when we land at Teterboro?
In the lobby of the FBO you name, in a suit, before the aircraft arrives. Where the FBO permits and the operator has requested it, the car is escorted planeside and the luggage is loaded at the aircraft.
