Airport Car Service to JFK, LGA, EWR and ISP
Airport car service is one of East End Lux's primary services. A flight sets the schedule; the car service follows it. For departures, we set your pickup time from the flight number, the terminal and the traffic expected at that hour, so a 7:00 a.m. departure from JFK means a pickup in Southampton in the small hours with a margin built in. For arrivals, the chauffeur tracks the flight, adjusts to an early landing or a delay, and is at the agreed meet point when you walk out.

2. Approve the Written Price
One written price for the transfer arrives by email. Approve it or forward it to the traveler. The written confirmation carries the pickup time, the vehicle and the meet point; the chauffeur's name and number follow about 6 to 8 hours before pickup.
3. Meet the Chauffeur
On the day, the chauffeur sends a text when the car is in position. At the airport, look for the name sign at the exit from baggage claim, or walk to the curb where the car is waiting with the luggage area open. The chauffeur loads every bag.

Airport Car Service in the Hamptons, in Detail
Pickups run around the clock, including the 2:00 and 3:00 a.m. departures. The chauffeur meets you inside the terminal at baggage claim or at the curb, whichever you prefer, handles the luggage and has a new, meticulously maintained luxury SUV waiting. The drive from the East End to JFK is about an hour and three quarters to two and a half hours outside of traffic, depending on the town; from Montauk it is longer.
We also serve the private aviation airports: Westhampton (FOK), East Hampton (HTO), Montauk (MTP), Farmingdale (FRG), Teterboro (TEB) and Westchester County Airport in White Plains (HPN). FBOs are the private aviation terminals at these airports, such as Signature Aviation and Modern Aviation. For a private departure the chauffeur drives to the FBO door with the tail number on the confirmation. Beyond New York, we also arrange ground transportation at your destination, nationwide and worldwide, with one point of contact. Every airport reservation comes with a written price to approve or forward.

Airport Car Service Questions
How early will you pick me up for a flight out of JFK?
It depends on the hour and the town. From Southampton, outside of traffic, the drive to JFK is about an hour and three quarters to two and a quarter hours; from East Hampton or Montauk, longer. For a morning departure we add time for the terminal and set the pickup so you arrive about two hours before a domestic flight and three before an international one. The exact pickup time is on your confirmation, and you can ask for more margin.
What happens if my flight lands early or is delayed?
The chauffeur tracks the flight from the number on your reservation and adjusts the arrival at the terminal to the actual landing time. If you land early, the car is already nearby. If the flight is delayed by hours, the chauffeur waits or we reschedule the pickup, and we tell you in writing what applies.
Where does the chauffeur meet me at the airport?
Your choice, noted on the confirmation. Inside, the chauffeur waits at the exit from baggage claim with a sign bearing the name you give us, and walks you and the luggage to the car. At the curb, the chauffeur texts the exact door and lane when the car pulls up. For private flights, the car waits at the FBO door.
When do I receive my chauffeur's name and number?
About 6 to 8 hours before the pickup, by text and email. Your written confirmation, sent when you approve the price, already carries the pickup time, the vehicle and the meet point. The chauffeur's name and number follow closer to the trip, so you have them well before the car arrives.
Do you operate at 2:00 and 3:00 a.m.?
Yes. Pickups run twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, and the earliest departures out of JFK, LaGuardia and Newark are a regular part of the schedule. For a 3:00 a.m. pickup, the chauffeur's name and number reach you about 6 to 8 hours before, in the evening, and the chauffeur arrives before the stated time, ready to load.
Can you take me from the airport straight to Manhattan, or from Manhattan to the Hamptons?
Yes. Airport car service covers any pairing of the Hamptons, Long Island, Manhattan and the airports: JFK to a house in Bridgehampton, a Midtown hotel to Islip, Newark to Sag Harbor. Each is a single trip with one chauffeur, and the written price states the route; a round trip goes on one confirmation.
