Information you give us when you request a quote, book a ride, use the chat assistant or contact us by phone, text or email:

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• Trip details: pickup and drop-off addresses, dates and times, flight details, number of passengers, vehicle preference and any special requests.
• Messages you type into the chat assistant on our website.

Information collected automatically: our website host records standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site running and secure, and our spam protection checks browser signals to tell people from automated programs.

How We Use Your Information

• To reply to your request and send you a written, all-inclusive quote.
• To confirm, arrange and provide your transportation, including sharing trip details with your chauffeur.
• To send the text messages described below, if you agree to receive them.
• To answer your questions, keep our website secure and meet our legal obligations.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not send marketing text messages.

Text Messages (SMS)

If you agree to receive text messages from East End Lux, we use your phone number only to text you about your request and your trip: replies to your quote request with a written price, booking confirmations (pickup time, vehicle and meeting point), and your chauffeur’s name and contact number before pickup, with updates about your trip. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help, or call (631) 410-3008.

SMS opt-in or phone numbers for the purpose of SMS are not being shared with any third parties or affiliate companies for marketing purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The information-sharing section below excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our service:

• With the companies that run our website and messaging for us: website hosting, email delivery, spam protection, text message delivery, and the AI provider that powers the chat assistant. They may use the information only to provide those services to us.
• With your chauffeur, and, when you travel beyond our area, with the partner company that provides your ground transportation there, so your trip can be carried out.
• When required by law, or to protect the safety of our clients, chauffeurs or the public.

Messages typed into the chat assistant are processed by an AI model to write its replies. We configure that service so your messages are not used to train AI models, and we do not store chat conversations on our website. Please do not share payment details in the chat.

Cookies

Our website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our spam protection may set a cookie needed to complete its security check. The chat assistant keeps your conversation only in your open browser tab, and it is gone when you leave the page.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep request and booking records for as long as we need them to provide our service, keep business records and meet legal requirements, and then delete them.

• Stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Parents and guardians book travel for children directly with us.
