Hourly service suits a day of meetings across the East End, house guests who need moving between the beach, lunch and the station, an afternoon of property visits with an agent, or an evening with dinner and an event in different towns. If the day has more than two stops and the gaps between them are short, one car on the clock is simpler than four separate rides.
How to Plan the Day
Tell us where the day starts, roughly how many hours you need, and any fixed times (a reservation, a train, a flight). We confirm the chauffeur and the start time in writing. Add stops during the day by telling the chauffeur; the booking adjusts to the hours used.
Booking for Someone Else
Assistants and estate managers book most hourly days. Send the passenger’s name, the start address and time, and the number of hours; the written confirmation goes to you to forward. The chauffeur is briefed on the passenger’s name and the first stop before arrival.
